Step-by-step preparation

Add sugar and yeast to warm cream and mix.
STEP 3
Sift flour (rye and wheat) into a bowl and add salt.
STEP 4
Make a well in the flour mixture, add sour cream and a mixture of cream and yeast.
STEP 5
Knead soft dough.
STEP 6
Place the bowl with the dough in a warm place and let it rise for 1 hour.
STEP 7
Knead the risen dough and divide it into 10-12 equal parts. We roll each part into a smooth bun and let it rise.
STEP 8
Grease the risen buns with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
STEP 9
Bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!

The buns look just like those in the store, the recipe is very simple, you can make it yourself without being lazy!
