Homemade classic tiramisu with mascarpone
An airy dessert will take you to seventh heaven! This is how I prepared a very tasty classic tiramisu at home.
Tiramisu is a surprisingly tender and tasty dessert.
Since I don’t eat raw eggs for fear of getting infected, I beat the whites in this dish in a water bath so that they undergo heat treatment.
In addition, I cover the top of the tiramisu with whipped cream. This makes the dessert seem even more tender to me. Although you don't have to do this.
