  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make tiramisu cake at home? Prepare all the necessary products. I specifically left the cookies in the package, so it will be easier to crush them. My coffee comes from a coffee maker, but you can simply brew instant coffee, as long as it is strong. You don’t need to add sugar, the cookies are sweet enough.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Brew or brew some coffee, a few tablespoons will be enough. Add sugar to it to taste, I put a teaspoon, but less could be done. Stir the sugar and let the coffee cool slightly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grind the cookies. I took a rolling pin and gave it a good tap right on the cookie package. The film is strong enough and does not tear. But you could use a blender or simply pour the cookies into a tight bag and knock on it. It doesn’t matter how, the main thing is to achieve the state of fine crumbs. Even if you end up with slightly larger pieces, it’s okay, they will get soggy later from the cheese and coffee, these cookies absorb moisture very well.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the crushed cookies in a bowl and pour in the coffee. Add cheese.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Using a spoon, or just your hands, mix the mixture thoroughly until the products are completely mixed. If it remains dry when stirring, add a little more coffee. The result should be a soft elastic mass that is easy to sculpt.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Roll this mixture into balls the size of a walnut. When all the balls are ready, put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place cocoa powder on a plate. Roll each ball in cocoa.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Melt the chocolate using any method you like. You can do it in the microwave or in a water bath. Then pour it into a bag or pastry bag. I simply put the broken chocolate in a tight bag and put it in hot water for a few minutes. Cut off a small tip from the bag. Draw lines on the brownies using chocolate.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place the finished cakes in the refrigerator for another half hour to allow the chocolate to harden.

The other day I made tiramisu in the classic version, but this is the first time I’ve seen such cakes.

Tiramisu cake is very easy to make at home, that’s what attracted me) I used homemade Savoyardi cookies, I baked them in advance. I still have some biscuit scraps left, I also ground them in a blender. I took instant coffee, only brewed it stronger, added sugar according to the recipe, although I could add another spoon for my taste. I kneaded the mixture immediately with my hands, it turned out sticky and wet. I added a little crumbs and got the optimal consistency. The balls were easily rolled, then, as in the recipe, rolled in cocoa and decorated with chocolate. It’s true that chocolate doesn’t stick to cocoa powder, but that doesn’t matter) We ate all the cakes, and the children ate up the chocolate decorations right away. I kept it in the refrigerator for two hours before drinking tea. The cakes turned out moist, not dry at all. The taste of coffee and cocoa is rich, and there is also a delicious coffee aroma. Coffee lovers will appreciate it! The cream cheese added a pleasant flavor and a soft, delicate consistency. Very tasty cakes, they really resemble potatoes, only tastier, I think) Thank you very much for the recipe!
