STEP 1

How to make homemade chicken pate? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. First boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Save the broth.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and garlic and cut into cubes. Wash the carrots in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into small pieces.
STEP 3

Heat a small piece of butter in a frying pan.
STEP 4

Add vegetables and fry in butter for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 5

Cut the meat into small pieces.
STEP 6

Place the walnuts in a blender bowl and grind.
STEP 7

Add the chicken to the blender bowl and chop the nuts.
STEP 8

Add fried vegetables to it.
STEP 9

Pour in the broth and whisk everything together until smooth.
STEP 10

Finally add salt, pepper, nutmeg (optional) and remaining butter. Continue beating until smooth and creamy. Our chicken pate in a blender is ready.
STEP 11

Transfer the finished boiled chicken fillet pate into a storage container and keep it in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
