STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary ingredients. For those who do not like the slight bitterness of green salad, I recommend replacing it with tender leaves of Chinese cabbage. It also gives a fresh taste without drying out as quickly. And cilantro, which has a rather pungent aroma, can be replaced with the usual parsley.

First of all, prepare the marinade: finely chop the green onions and parsley

Remove the cores from the garlic cloves, this is done so that there is no unpleasant aftertaste after eating. And from the chili pepper we will remove the seed part, since it contains the most heat. However, spicy lovers can skip this step.

Chop garlic and chili pepper

Mix the greens, garlic and pepper in a deep bowl with olive oil and juice squeezed from lemon. Add salt to taste. To stir thoroughly. You should get a semi-liquid mass with a slight sourness. This is the marinade.

Place about 2 tablespoons of marinade on a flat plate

Next, lay the chicken breasts and place another 2 tablespoons of marinade on top. Leave for 2 hours in a cool place

Add finely chopped cucumber and tomato to the remaining marinade, mix and set aside for now.

As soon as the chicken breast is marinated, place it in a hot frying pan along with the marinade. I did not need additional oil for frying, as the oil is contained in the marinade. First, fry the breast over high heat on both sides for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat and fry until golden brown. You can check readiness with a toothpick. It is important not to dry out the fillet!
STEP 10
Warm the buns if necessary and cut them in half lengthwise

Grease the bottom half of the bun with a small amount of mayonnaise. I can also recommend adding a little mustard.

Place a leaf of green salad or Chinese cabbage on top (without a hard stalk)
STEP 13
Cut the finished chicken fillet in half lengthwise and then cut into small pieces.
STEP 14
Place the breast on the bun
STEP 15
And put salsa on top. Cover each bun with the other half and serve.
