    Remove the cores from the garlic cloves, this is done so that there is no unpleasant aftertaste after eating. And from the chili pepper we will remove the seed part, since it contains the most heat. However, spicy lovers can skip this step.

    Mix the greens, garlic and pepper in a deep bowl with olive oil and juice squeezed from lemon. Add salt to taste. To stir thoroughly. You should get a semi-liquid mass with a slight sourness. This is the marinade.

First, fry the breast over high heat on both sides for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat and fry until golden brown. You can check readiness with a toothpick. It is important not to dry out the fillet!
