STEP 1

How to make hake fillet in batter? Wash and clean the fish carcass well to remove any remaining scales. Dry it a little with water. To fillet fish, cut along the back, unfold and remove the backbone. Clean out the belly.

Cut into two fillets and remove the excess - films, scraps and bones where the fins grow.

Cut each fillet into portions.

Season with salt and pepper.
