Hake fillet in batter

Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - How to make hake fillet in batter? Wash and clean the fish carcass well to remove any remaining scales. Dry it a little with water. To fillet fish, cut along the back, unfold and remove the backbone. Clean out the belly. 
- STEP 2 - Cut into two fillets and remove the excess - films, scraps and bones where the fins grow. 
- STEP 3 - Cut each fillet into portions. 
- STEP 4 - Season with salt and pepper. 
- STEP 5 - Stir and let it brew a little. 
- STEP 6 - Break the eggs into a batter bowl. If the eggs are large, then one is enough. 
- STEP 7 - Add sour cream. 
- STEP 8 - Add flour and season batter if desired. 
- STEP 9 - Mix well. 
- STEP 10 - Place a frying pan with oil on the fire. Place some of the fish in the batter and stir. 
- STEP 11 - Using a fork, place the fish in the pan and fry. 
- STEP 12 - Depending on the heat and the size of the fish, each side will take 1-2 minutes. When the batter turns golden on one side, turn it over. 
- STEP 13 - First remove the finished fish onto a napkin, then transfer it to a dish and serve.
