    Ingredients you will need to prepare green borscht in a slow cooker: potatoes, pork ribs, onions, carrots, salt, vegetable oil, bay leaf, sorrel.

    Place the pork ribs in a multicooker bowl, add water, and set to “Stew” mode for 1 hour.

    After an hour, add peeled and diced potatoes, bay leaves, and salt to taste to the multicooker and put in the “Stew” mode for another hour.

There is not enough boiled egg and sour cream. And I put twice as much sorrel, and less potatoes.

The borscht turns out to be very tasty, only I add the sorrel before finishing the “Soup” program and leave the “Warming” mode for 7-10 minutes.
