STEP 1
Ingredients you will need to prepare green borscht in a slow cooker: potatoes, pork ribs, onions, carrots, salt, vegetable oil, bay leaf, sorrel.
STEP 2
Place the pork ribs in a multicooker bowl, add water, and set to “Stew” mode for 1 hour.
STEP 3
After an hour, add peeled and diced potatoes, bay leaves, and salt to taste to the multicooker and put in the “Stew” mode for another hour.
STEP 4
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and put the frying pan on the fire, add the diced onions.
STEP 5
Add grated carrots to the onion in the pan, fry the onion and carrots. At any stage, add to borscht.
STEP 6
Wash the sorrel leaves well, put on a sieve and let the water drain. Cut and 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add to the green borscht with sorrel in a slow cooker, stir. Close the lid and wait for the end of the program.
STEP 7
The borscht is ready.
