  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork stew in a slow cooker in jars for the winter? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless pork meat with a minimum amount of fat. Cut all films and veins from the meat.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the meat into small pieces and place in the multicooker bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add salt, pepper and bay leaf to the meat. If you are confused by the presence of peppercorns in the finished stew, you can tie them in a gauze bag and remove them after cooking. Cover the multicooker bowl with a lid.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Turn the multicooker on to the “Stew” mode for 6 hours. It is convenient to do this at night. After the end of the mode, the multicooker will switch to the “Warming” mode and wait until the morning.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Stir the finished stew so that the salt is evenly distributed in it. During the stewing process, a lot of juice appeared from the meat. Turn on the "Fry" mode and bring the stew to a boil.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Prepare jars for the stew. Rinse them well and sterilize them in any way convenient for you - this can be done in the oven, in the microwave or over hot steam.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the hot stew into the prepared jar and add a little broth from the multicooker bowl to the top. Pour boiling water over the lids and close the jars. Cool the stew and store in a cool place. Enjoy your meal!

I made homemade pork stew using this recipe. I liked the ease of preparation and the minimum amount of ingredients. I cooked it at night according to the author’s recommendation, which is very convenient. In the evening after work, I cut the meat, put it in a slow cooker, and added all the spices. I set the stew mode for 8 hours, since homemade meat is tougher. Yes, a lot of juice was released after stewing. I put the pork in jars, filled it with juice and rolled it up. I prepared 10 half liter jars at once. I store homemade stew in the refrigerator. The taste of the stew is amazing, the meat is tender, aromatic and incredibly tasty. The frozen juice turned into jelly, which I really enjoyed eating straight from the jar) The recipe is great! You can have a snack with bread and cook interesting dishes. Stewed pork in a slow cooker is one of the best preparations and not only for the winter. Now I will make stew only in a slow cooker, it’s very simple, quick and uncomplicated. Many thanks to the author for the recipe!

Stewed pork in a slow cooker is an excellent preparation for the winter - super!!! Nowadays the stew in stores is not the same as it once was a long, long time ago; the only hope left to eat it like this is to cook it yourself. And with a multicooker it became much easier, and with such a super recipe! Thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe for Stewed Pork in a Multicooker! I didn’t cook it with 4 kg, but decided to try it with 2. It turned out simply gorgeous. The taste is just right, now I’ll see how the jars stand. But I think everything should be fine. And it’s no problem to cook in a multicooker - I loaded everything and left
