Goose foot cottage cheese cookies

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Our ingredients.
STEP 2

Grind the butter on a grater. It must be very cool, even frozen, to get the result we need.
STEP 3

Add cottage cheese to the butter.
STEP 4

Mix carefully with a spoon.
STEP 5

Add flour and baking powder, mix gently with a spoon without pressing. So that grains of cottage cheese can be felt.
STEP 6

Let's break one egg into our mass.
STEP 7

And let’s knead the dough with our hands. It should not be too tight. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool and roll out well.
STEP 8

Then pour the sugar into a deep plate, turn on the oven at 180 degrees to warm up, grease the parchment with oil and place it on a baking sheet (on which we will bake our cookies). I use a silicone baking mat.
STEP 9

We take our dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out into a layer about half a centimeter thick, and cut out circles with a glass or mug.
STEP 10

Then dip one side of each circle in sugar.
STEP 11

Fold the resulting circle in half with the sugar side inward, and dip the semicircle in sugar again.
STEP 12

Then fold our semicircle in half again with the sugar side inward, and again dip one side in sugar so that one side of the future cookie is sugar-free.
STEP 13

Then, using a knife, carefully make two cuts on the sides - we give the cookie the shape of a crow’s foot))))
STEP 14

And place the cookies on a baking sheet so that the sugar-free side is at the bottom.
STEP 15

We make all our cookies this way and place them on a baking sheet. Then we put it in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes. I still advise you not to go far from the oven, control the baking process so that the cookies don’t burn or burn, and please be guided by your ovens - maybe someone will have the same process faster, or maybe on the contrary - it takes a little more time.
STEP 16

We take the finished cookies out of the oven and let them cool. We put them on the table and invite everyone to drink tea) Bon appetit!
