Fruit salad with Chinese cabbage, apples and pomegranates
Beijing cabbage fits very organically into this salad. The other day I found Chinese cabbage of an interesting purple color in the store and quickly figured out what I could cook with it. Here's the first recipe: fruit salad. Oddly enough, the neutral taste of cabbage goes very well not only with various salty dishes, but also with sweet ones.

Finely chop the Beijing cabbage. I found this beautiful purple Chinese cabbage. Her color is simply wonderful. The taste is the same as regular green.

Separate the pomegranate into grains.

Wash the apple, dry it, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening.

In a salad bowl, combine Chinese cabbage, apple, pineapple and pomegranate seeds.
