Vera, not bad for a quick breakfast or dinner! And when I saw the photo, I thought that this dish was even simpler: fry zucchini in slices on both sides, then add a slice of sausage without chopping it or removing the center from the zucchini slice, add cheese on top, finish cooking and that’s it!

Vera, a great idea for such a mini-pizza! I’ll make these today, but instead of sausage I’ll use a boiled heart. Do you throw away the core of the zucchini? No pity? Maybe I can come up with something from it... I would grind it in a meat grinder, add an egg and something else and fry the pancakes. Thank you very much for the recipe!
