Fried young zucchini with mayonnaise-garlic sauce

STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to prepare such a dish from milky ripe zucchini, when they have a tender and thin skin, and the core with seeds has not yet formed. However, if you only have mature zucchini on hand, this is not a reason to deny yourself such a dish; it is enough to peel them and cut the pulp into rings. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
STEP 2

If you want the dish to be more satisfying and nutritious, you can use egg and flour to prepare the batter, or simply roll it in flour. But in this case, the dish turns out to be not only more filling, but also more nutritious. Flour absorbs more oil in which we fry the zucchini, but it turns out tastier, the zucchini slices acquire a crispy crust. Pour wheat flour onto a plate and roll the zucchini slices on both sides.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. To make the dish more healthy, vegetable oil can be replaced with olive oil. Place zucchini slices on heated oil. Salt and pepper the zucchini in the frying pan to taste. Fry the zucchini slices over medium heat on one side until golden brown, 2-3 minutes is enough, but it depends on the thickness of the zucchini slices.
STEP 4

When they are browned, turn them over to the other side. Fry until golden brown on the second side.
STEP 5

Remove the zucchini slices from the pan onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Then transfer the zucchini to a serving platter. While the zucchini is roasting, peel a few cloves of garlic, pass them through a press or grate them on a fine grater.
STEP 6

Sprinkle hot fried zucchini with chopped garlic. Mayonnaise sauce made from mayonnaise with garlic and fresh herbs is perfect for this dish, but naturally, it also increases the calorie content of the dish.
