Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
First you need to let the rice cook. During this time, you can prepare the remaining products. Cut boiled chicken and canned pineapples into small identical pieces, chop green onions.
STEP 2
Heat a large skillet with 3 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion, chicken and frozen green peas and sauté for a few minutes until onion softens. After this, add the pineapples and cook for another 2-3 minutes. The pineapples should be slightly caramelized.
STEP 3
Beat 2 raw eggs and pour into the chicken-vegetable mixture, stir quickly. After 1-2 minutes, add boiled rice, sugar, salt and spices. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
