I made fried lavash rolls with cheese for breakfast. Instead of tomato paste, I used not very spicy adjika for the sauce. I fried the lavash rolls for about 4 minutes on each side (I cooked it at the dacha, my stove here is not very powerful, on a good stove, I think the rolls will fry faster) It turned out simply amazingly delicious!
