How to make fried lavash rolls with cheese in a frying pan? First, prepare the necessary ingredients for the sauce. Wash your eggs with baking soda, as apparently clean shells can harbor many harmful bacteria.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add tomato paste, Provençal herbs and a mixture of peppers.

Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or mixer until smooth. The result should be a semi-viscous mass.

Prepare the cheese for the filling. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. Instead of regular cheese, you can use mozzarella (not brine, but the kind for pizza). In addition to cheese, you can add fresh finely chopped tomatoes, sausage or pieces of boiled or fried chicken meat, and fresh herbs to the rolls.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Cut each sheet of pita bread into 6 identical rectangles.

Brush each piece of lavash with tomato-egg sauce.
STEP 9

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pita bread.

Roll the pita bread into a roll. In the same way, form tubes from the remaining pieces of lavash.
