Fried kefir dough pies with liver and potatoes

To prepare delicious fried pies, we prepare the necessary products, then chop two onions not very finely, then put them in a frying pan heated on the stove with added vegetable oil and stir-fry until transparent.

Cut four hundred and fifty grams of beef liver into medium pieces.

Place the liver pieces in the frying pan with the onions.

Stirring, fry the liver for ten minutes, then close the pan with a lid and continue cooking the liver for another ten minutes.

Place one tablespoon of butter in the pan, then add nutmeg to taste.

Add salt and a mixture of black and red peppers to the pan to taste.

Place two tablespoons of sour cream in a common bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

Sift five hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl in parts.

Pour one teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl of flour.

Knead the dough and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl.

Gather the dough into a ball in a bowl.

Pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it on the stove, then place the pies in the frying pan, seam side down, and fry on each side until golden brown on medium stove temperature.
