In a gravy boat or other convenient container, mix olive oil, wine vinegar and honey. The honey must be liquid, otherwise it will be difficult to mix with the rest of the ingredients in the dressing. Vinegar can be replaced with the one you have at home. The dressing is ready, set it aside for now, you will need it later.

    Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water and shake to remove excess moisture. Use your hands to tear the leaves into small pieces. For this purpose, of course, you can use a knife. Do as you please. Place lettuce leaves on a serving platter.

    Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel off the skin. The least amount of waste will result if you peel carrots with a special vegetable peeler. With the help of it, I cut the thinnest carrot slices. Instead of a vegetable peeler, you can try chopping the carrots as thinly as possible with a knife. Place the chopped carrots on a plate on top of the lettuce leaves.

    Wash the pumpkin in running water, carefully remove the hard skin, seeds and all inedible innards. Using the same vegetable peeler, I prepared slices from pumpkin. Place pumpkin slices on a serving plate. Sprinkle the salad with salt to taste.

    Wash the apple in running water and cut into thin slices. Decorate the salad with them. Sprinkle the dish with pomegranate seeds on top and pour the olive oil-based dressing prepared earlier. The salad is ready! Stir it before use. Garnish the salad with mint leaves. Bon appetit!
