I love making pancakes. They are prepared simply and quickly. I baked pancakes according to different recipes. This time I chose a recipe for fluffy pancakes made with milk and eggs. I prepared these pancakes for eight servings at once. I took all the ingredients according to the list, except for soda. I ran out of baking soda, so I decided to replace it with baking powder in a 1:2 ratio (instead of one teaspoon of baking soda, I took two teaspoons of baking powder). But with it the pancakes did not turn out too fluffy. So it’s probably better to use baking soda here. But in any case, the pancakes turned out very tasty, soft and tender.
