STEP 1
How to make fluffy pancakes with milk without eggs or yeast? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take premium flour. The milk should be at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance. You can use any butter, I used sunflower.
STEP 2
Sift flour, starch and baking powder into a deep bowl. Can you replace the baking powder with baking soda in this recipe? Such a replacement is impractical because the composition does not contain acidic products that can cause a reaction when in contact with soda.
STEP 3
Add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly with a whisk. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. You can also replace some or all of the sugar with vanilla sugar.
STEP 4
Gradually pour in milk at room temperature, stirring the mixture with a whisk each time until smooth. To get rid of all lumps and to speed up the process, you can beat the dough with a mixer.
STEP 5
You should get a fairly thick, homogeneous dough that slides off the spoon or whisk in clumps. If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour.
STEP 6
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again. The butter should be completely incorporated into the dough.
STEP 7
Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat (I have setting 6 out of 9). Since the dough already contains enough vegetable oil, it is not necessary to grease the pan. Spoon out small portions of the dough and fry on both sides for about 1 minute. The dough bakes quickly enough and sticks off the bottom of the pan.
STEP 8
Transfer the finished pancakes to a plate and serve immediately while they are hot. Serve with honey, jam or any sweet sauce. Bon appetit!
