Today I made flatbreads with potatoes in a frying pan. This is very, very tasty! I had boiled potatoes in their jackets. I peeled it and mashed it with a fork, added fried onions and salt. I didn't add any oil. It took a little more flour for the dough. When ready, it was very soft and tasty. I didn’t make small flatbreads for the entire frying pan, so there were 7 of them. My impressions of the flatbreads with potatoes in the frying pan were only positive. Everyone liked them. It's filling and tasty. And you don’t even need sour cream for them, they’re good as is
