Fish with rice in a slow cooker

STEP 1

Our products. Defrost the fish first.

Rinse the rice several times (until the water is clear), pour into the multicooker bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, add turmeric and add water (use the amount of water at your discretion, what kind of rice you like)
STEP 3

Cut the tomatoes into slices...

Cut the fish into portions...
STEP 5

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater...
STEP 6

I advise you to place the steamer bowl on a tray (so as not to dirty the table when you put the ingredients in it), lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
STEP 7

Place a layer of fish in a steamer bowl, add salt and pepper to taste...
STEP 8

Place a layer of tomatoes on top...
STEP 9

Lubricate everything lightly with sour cream (if you like it thicker, you can grease it with mayonnaise).
STEP 10

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
STEP 11

We place the steamer bowl in the multicooker (where we already have rice in the bowl), close it and set the “steam” mode for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the fish is ready, you need to check the rice - if the liquid has not evaporated yet, then (removing the steamer) add another 5-10 minutes. And the dish is ready!
STEP 12

We serve the dish and invite the household for dinner. Bon appetit!
