Natalie Hernandez

Memories of childhood are shrouded in the aromas of homemade dishes: grandmother at the stove, mother with a smile putting minced meat into pies. These moments remain in my heart forever. The desire to create environmentally friendly and tasty food led me to experiment in the kitchen and study the cuisines of different nations. Each dish is a small journey where traditions and new tastes come together. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and it can become a source of joy and comfort in the family. By sharing my recipes, I hope to inspire others to create their own culinary masterpieces.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
