Harvest bread

Bread straight from ancient Rus' came to your table! The harvest of bread is special. In ancient times, such huge loaves were baked for holidays dedicated to the harvest. Almost every people of the world living in northern and temperate latitudes has such solemn dates, the end of the season of hard summer work and the beginning of a series of holidays and rest. It was at an agricultural fair that I learned this recipe, which I am now happy to share with everyone. Many people try it, and then often cook it over and over again: on holidays and weekdays, in good weather and on rainy days, and even for the New Year’s table.

My bread spread all over the baking sheet, and I really wanted to bake a neat flatbread (maybe there wasn’t enough flour... But it was very tasty, everyone said it was an onion pie))
