Milk pie in a slow cooker

Surprisingly tender baked goods with the aroma of baked milk. I was surprised myself the first time I made this pie. So simple, from available products, but the result is very tender baked goods, from which comes the wonderful aroma of baked milk. Extraordinarily tasty. However, if someone doesn’t like this aroma, you can add vanilla, it won’t ruin it.

Excellent pastries for tea. Thank you. Among the savory baking options, I will offer a pie with cabbage in a slow cooker.

I decided to bake a milk pie in a slow cooker. I was interested in the recipe due to the availability and budget of the ingredients, ease of preparation and the fact that the pie is baked in a slow cooker, you do not need to monitor either time or temperature. Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt, add softened butter, milk, sifted flour with baking powder, mix everything together with a mixer until smooth, transfer the dough into a greased multicooker bowl, bake in the “baking” mode at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The pie turned out very tasty, porous, tender, moderately sweet, moderately moist. A great recipe for a cozy tea party! Thanks for the recipe, Tatyana Maslova!

Thank you very much for this recipe! It is very good as a basic recipe: you can add berries, fruits, cocoa, chocolate, nuts and whatever your heart desires! I myself prepared it without butter, as a result I used a little less flour than in the recipe, adding cinnamon and honey to it for flavor. It turned out very fluffy, aromatic and delicious! (not sweet, just tasty, half a glass of sugar is just right for him, I don’t understand people who use a lot of it, interrupting the taste of the other ingredients!) For those who are watching their figure, it’s very good, you can prepare it without oil by adding 0.2 cups of sugar and adding stevia leaves, or better yet, replace sugar with stevia!
