I cut the carrots by hand as thinly as possible. This was my longest cooking step, but what I love most is when carrots are chopped by hand in almost any dish, and I use a grater when I don’t have time or when I need grated carrots. I love the smell when you pour hot oil over all the seasonings with garlic. My mouth is watering 🤤. A simple salad, but very tasty and bright. The salad can be served with anything. You can even have lunch with these carrots by additionally boiling the rice.
