    How to make New Year's Fish Salad Tiger for the New Year 2022? Prepare your food. Instead of saury, you can take other canned food - sardine, pink salmon, tuna. Choose fish in its own juice, without adding oil.

    Open the canned food, drain the liquid and place the fish in a bowl. Mash it with a fork until it becomes a pate. If the fish has large bones, it is better to remove them.

    Peel the onion and chop as finely as possible.

    Peel the pre-boiled carrots and grate them on a medium grater. How to cook carrots? Wash the root vegetables well, place them in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook the carrots over low heat for 20-30 minutes after boiling, depending on their size. Determine readiness with a knife - it should easily pierce the root vegetable. Drain the water and cool the carrots.

    Peel the boiled eggs and grate on the same medium grater. Set aside the white of one egg for decoration. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.

    Start laying the salad in layers on a plate in the following sequence - fish-onions-eggs-carrots. For neatness, coat each layer with a mayonnaise mesh (to do this, place it in a tight bag with the tip cut off). To form a tiger's face, lay out the salad in the shape of a circle, on top of which make two ears.

    Repeat the layers again, also coating them with a mesh of mayonnaise. Do not grease the carrot layer anymore. Also add carrots to the sides of the salad. Gently form the ears by lightly pressing your fingers into the center.

    Cut out the eyes from the reserved egg white and finely chop the remaining egg white. Place the eyes and the central part of the muzzle on top of the salad.
