We will not marinate any fish or vegetables. Only salt and pepper. This will make the fish taste natural and natural. Take any fish, I used pollock fillet. Whole pieces will do, or you can fillet them yourself.

Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.

Fold the foil in two layers and lightly grease with vegetable oil.

Place a layer of potatoes and a layer of carrots on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
