STEP 1
How to make a fish in a fur coat? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the fish. I have tilapia, moreover, fillet. Therefore there were no special problems. Now let’s start “sewing” our unusual fur coat. Take the potatoes, wash them with a brush under running water, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater.

Now you can put a frying pan or saucepan on the stove to heat the oil. Salt the potatoes, season with spices and beat in the egg. Wash the egg first to remove dirt from it. Juice will begin to release almost instantly. Then, before frying, we’ll squeeze it out! You can add any spices to your taste.
STEP 5
Mix everything well, but carefully. Without rubbing too much, rub the fish with salt and spices (keep in mind that potatoes also contain salt and spices), and then roll each piece in flour.
STEP 6
Squeeze out the released juice from the potato mass and “put” it on the fish pieces. You have to sort of smooth it with your hand, giving it shape.
STEP 7

STEP 8
The fire should only be high at first, to heat up the pan, then low, so that the fish has time to fry. Garnish the finished fish in batter with herbs and any sauce, if desired. Bon appetit!
