It took 20 minutes to prepare the dish before the oven, without any difficulties. Although I won’t hide that I was a little embarrassed by the raw onions and carrots. In the oven for 40 minutes. Result: a very tasty top that goes well with the bottom (fish). But the onions and carrots justified my suspicions (((. They turned out to be raw. The appearance and smell of the finished dish put my husband in a “shocked” state. But this is in a good sense of the word. Very presentable. If possible, I would like to add a small adjustment. I think this dish would be perfect if the onions and carrots were sauteed a little in vegetable oil before placing on top of the fish. It was interesting to prepare this dish. Thanks for the recipe.
