This is the first time I’ve come across such a salad. I decided to make it and was completely delighted, it’s very tasty and nutritious. Only I removed thyme from the recipe since I’m not a big fan of it. And I tried putting smoked breast instead of fried fillet, it also gave me a pleasant aftertaste! I think that if you add mayonnaise instead of butter, this salad will also be delicious
