Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pizza with pickles, sausages and sausage? First, prepare the yeast dough. Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add warm water (35-40 degrees), mix. Sift the flour, add dry yeast into it. The yeast must be mixed with the flour so that it does not touch the liquid. Knead the dough; it will be sticky. Add vegetable oil and knead. The dough will become less sticky.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, rely on the consistency of the dough. Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a napkin and let it stand in a warm place for an hour until it rises. This amount of dough is enough for three full pizzas. Roll out the dough thinly to a diameter 2 cm larger than the pizza pan.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the sausages lengthwise into 2 parts.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the sausages around the edges as shown in the photo.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Apply mayonnaise and ketchup to the middle of the pizza.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Spread the sauce evenly over the dough using a silicone brush.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next, spread the grated cheese. We choose cheese of good quality and high fat content, so that when melted it stretches appetizingly - this is the trick of any pizza.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Cut the dough that hangs from the pan into strips and place them overlapping on the sausages.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    Then add finely chopped sausage.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place chopped cucumbers on top of the sausage.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Now we lay out the mushrooms and tomatoes - they must first be washed and cut: the mushrooms into slices, and the tomatoes into slices.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

On top of the entire filling there is again a layer of cheese. Brush the sides with beaten egg.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Next, place the pizza in a preheated oven and bake at 220-250 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Take the finished pizza out of the oven, cut it into portions and serve it hot - it tastes better that way. Bon appetit!

I've never tried pizza like this before! This is just a miracle, not pizza! By the way, now I’m writing a review and I understand that I didn’t carefully look at the step with the sausages, they should have been cut lengthwise, but I rolled the whole ones into the dough) I had the task of making a big, delicious pizza. This option seemed suitable to me. Please note that there is a lot of dough; I rolled it loosely onto a large standard baking sheet. The dough is excellent, it rose so well, bubbled when rolled out, you can easily bake pies from it. This is exactly what I needed, I needed a thick, filling pizza option. My husband called it a sausage pie) I didn’t add mushrooms to the filling, the kids don’t like them. I added everything else, only I used regular tomatoes. I also added half rings of purple onion; it goes very well with the filling. The pizza really turned out like a pie, the base was fluffy, soft, airy. The filling turned out juicy and rich. It tastes simply bliss! By the way, some children cut off the edge and ate “sausage in dough”))) Everyone is happy! Thank you!
