Festive pizza with sausages on the edges

STEP 1

How to make pizza with pickles, sausages and sausage? First, prepare the yeast dough. Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add warm water (35-40 degrees), mix. Sift the flour, add dry yeast into it. The yeast must be mixed with the flour so that it does not touch the liquid. Knead the dough; it will be sticky. Add vegetable oil and knead. The dough will become less sticky.
STEP 2

Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, rely on the consistency of the dough. Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a napkin and let it stand in a warm place for an hour until it rises. This amount of dough is enough for three full pizzas. Roll out the dough thinly to a diameter 2 cm larger than the pizza pan.
STEP 3

Cut the sausages lengthwise into 2 parts.
STEP 4

Place the sausages around the edges as shown in the photo.
STEP 5

Apply mayonnaise and ketchup to the middle of the pizza.
STEP 6

Spread the sauce evenly over the dough using a silicone brush.
STEP 7

Next, spread the grated cheese. We choose cheese of good quality and high fat content, so that when melted it stretches appetizingly - this is the trick of any pizza.

Cut the dough that hangs from the pan into strips and place them overlapping on the sausages.
STEP 9

Then add finely chopped sausage.
STEP 10

Place chopped cucumbers on top of the sausage.
STEP 11

Now we lay out the mushrooms and tomatoes - they must first be washed and cut: the mushrooms into slices, and the tomatoes into slices.
STEP 12

On top of the entire filling there is again a layer of cheese. Brush the sides with beaten egg.
STEP 13

Next, place the pizza in a preheated oven and bake at 220-250 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
STEP 14

Take the finished pizza out of the oven, cut it into portions and serve it hot - it tastes better that way. Bon appetit!
