STEP 1

Prepare all the ingredients for making Kurnik.
STEP 2

Place all the ingredients for the dough in the mixing container and select the “Dough” program.
STEP 3

Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion and fry in sunflower oil, add salt, pepper and mix.
STEP 4

Place the dough on a silicone mat and roll it out to 5mm thickness.
STEP 5

Step back 2 cm from the edge and place the fried chicken fillet and onion filling in a circle (leave a little of the filling to later place in the center of the pie).
STEP 6

Folding the edges of the dough towards the middle, form a uniform roll of dough with filling along the edge.
STEP 7

Cut the resulting roll into 4-5 cm pieces and turn each cut piece of dough with filling 90 degrees.
STEP 8

Place the rest of the filling in the center of the dough piece. Brush the surface with egg and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese. .Place the silicone mat with the pie preparation on a baking sheet and place in a warm place to proof for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 9

Bake the chicken until cooked in preheated to 180C (about 35 minutes).
STEP 10

Transfer the hot pie to a flat dish, cut into portions and serve.
