STEP 1

How to make eggs with green peas? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You need large, selected eggs; if the eggs are small, take 4 pieces. Use fresh, frozen or canned peas.
STEP 2

Wash and dry the peas. If you are using frozen peas, first defrost them and drain the liquid that has been released. If you are using canned peas, you need to remove them from the brine and dry them, but do not fry them first (skip step 5) and add them to the pan after the eggs (step 6).
STEP 3

Break the eggs into a bowl. Pour in milk, add salt and ground pepper. Shake the mixture with a whisk until smooth and until the white and yolk combine. Milk can be replaced with cream with a fat content of 10-20%, it will turn out even tastier.
STEP 4

Finely chop the parsley. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the peas and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6

Pour the eggs beaten with milk into the pan.
STEP 7

Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes or longer until the eggs are set. The exact time depends on your pan and the heat level of your stove.
STEP 8

At the very end, add chopped herbs and stir. Immediately remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 9

Transfer the eggs with green peas to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
