STEP 2

To prepare the choux pastry, take a large bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into it, then pour one teaspoon of salt into it, pour in one tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix all the ingredients together.

Pour most of five hundred grams of premium wheat flour pre-sifted through a fine sieve into a bowl of boiling water, then mix all the ingredients together and knead the choux pastry.
STEP 4

Break one chicken egg into a bowl, pour the remaining wheat flour into it, then continue collecting and kneading the choux pastry.

Continue kneading the dough well in the bowl with your hands for seven minutes until the required homogeneous consistency.

Sprinkle the table with a small amount of sifted wheat flour and place the proofed dough on it, which you then shape and divide into four parts, then knead each part of the dough one by one and roll it out to a thin flat cake two to three millimeters thick.

Take a shaped mold with a diameter of eight centimeters and cut the flat cake blanks, then place the cooled vegetable filling with minced meat and spices on the blanks.
