STEP 1
How to make Dubok salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water for about 30 minutes in advance. Salt it a little. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill the eggs with cold water. Cool chicken and eggs completely. Choose cheese according to your taste. Instead of champignons, you can use any other mushrooms.
STEP 2
Rinse fresh champignons thoroughly in running water to remove contaminants. Then soak a little to remove excess moisture. Cut the washed champignons into large pieces. My champignons are small, so I only cut them into 4 pieces.
STEP 3
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped mushrooms. Fry them for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt them a little and sprinkle with spices, such as ground pepper. During frying, the mushrooms will shrink slightly in size. Cool the fried mushrooms completely.
STEP 4
Cut the chicken meat and hard cheese into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.
STEP 5
Add the cooled mushrooms to the bowl.
STEP 6
Peel the boiled eggs and chop them. Chop some fresh herbs. Add eggs and herbs to the salad bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix everything.

Salad ready! Cool it a little, transfer it to a suitable salad bowl and serve. Bon appetit!
