  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare simple products. Clean the fish, wash it, cut off the head, you can leave the fins - it will be more beautiful. We also need foil and a baking dish.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

    Cut the onion into rings.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the lemon, scald with boiling water - for juiciness, and also cut into rings.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Rub the carp carcass with salt and pepper outside and inside. No more seasoning is needed so as not to interrupt the real taste of the fish! Onions and lemon will also add their own flavors. Place the marinated fish in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then put 3-4 lemon slices inside the carcass.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We take foil without sparing) We fold it in two layers. There is no need to lubricate it with anything; the fish has enough of its own fat. Place onion rings and a few lemon slices on foil.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the carp carcass on top of the onion.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

We seal it very well with foil so that the juices do not leak out, put it in a baking dish and send it to a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your ovens.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

After 35-40 minutes, we take out our fish and carefully cut the foil on top with a knife, as if opening it. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes to give the fish a nice crust on top. If there is an upper grill, turn it on for 5 minutes, and then 5 minutes without grilling.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Here is our finished diet fish. Smells amazing!

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the fish on a plate. We throw out the lemons that were inside, they have done their job) We also throw out the onions. Decorate the carp with fresh lemon slices.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

The fish just melts in your mouth! Bon appetit!

Thank you for participating in the Best Recipe of the Week competition. You have a wonderful recipe. However, the final photo is too blurry in key areas. It turned out that the entire front part to the center is blurred, but the upper part, on the contrary, is clear. And the clear part includes lemons and the background, which do not carry the main semantic load. But the most important thing in the photo - the fish - turned out to be blurry and indistinct. But it should be the other way around - the bottom of the photo is clear, but the background is blurred. Another important point is that it is not advisable to place something in front of the main dish that distracts the eye and covers the dish. In this case it is parsley. If you add something small, for example 2-3 leaves. They will not distract attention. Here, such an amount of greenery in the foreground led to incorrect settings during shooting with blurring of the front of the photo. The photo from step 12 of the recipe would work best for the final photo.
