Add sifted flour little by little and mix everything. don't forget about sugar!

At the end, add the whipped egg white and mix everything gently.
STEP 7

Heat a frying pan to the flames of hell (you can with oil, you can without), put the cheesecakes on the frying pan and reduce the flame to low
