Delicate fruit pie with meringue

STEP 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients for baking the pie.
STEP 2

Pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add baking powder and butter. Grind the mixture into crumbs with a fork.
STEP 3

Then add the yolks and sugar and mix everything well.
STEP 4

Line the pan with parchment and fill the bottom of the pan with flour crumbs.
STEP 5

Compact the walls of the mold with the mixture and form a side.
STEP 6

Remove peels and seeds from washed pears and apples and cut into large slices.
STEP 7

Melt butter and sugar in a frying pan. Add the fruit slices, stirring gently and cook covered for up to 10 minutes.

Place the fruit slices into the baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
STEP 9

Pour 3 egg whites into a separate container, add sugar and lemon juice.
STEP 10

Beat the whites until stiff peaks form.

Place the whipped meringue into a bag fitted with a star tip.

Apply meringue to fruit slices over the entire surface.
STEP 13

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, depending on the oven.

Remove the cake from the mold. Let it cool a little.
