Delicate cottage cheese casserole with yogurt

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

separate the whites from the yolks. Throw out the extra yolks or brush the top of the casserole with them. we will need 2-3 yolks!
STEP 2

Beat whites with a pinch of sugar until stiff peaks form.
STEP 3

add a little sugar to the yolks and beat until foamy
STEP 4

add cottage cheese and 2 jars of yogurt (2 X 125 g) to the beaten yolks, mix or beat
STEP 5

without stopping, add sifted flour, vanillin and sugar to taste. don't forget to try everything!!
STEP 6

add the whites to our mixture and mix gently with a spatula so that the casserole is airy
STEP 7

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. transfer the curd mixture into a mold (I have a silicone one, so I didn’t grease it with oil, other forms - it’s necessary! so as not to stick)
STEP 8

put in the oven for 30 minutes. We don’t open the oven, let it cool there and eat :)
