Dandelion salad with red fish

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the fish into small cubes.

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, cool and peel. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater.

Place egg whites on top and brush with mayonnaise. Distribute grated apples and also brush with mayonnaise.

Next - cheese and a little mayonnaise on top.

Sprinkle everything with grated yolks. It turns out to be such a beautiful salad, reminiscent of a May dandelion.

And to make it even more similar, decorate the edge of the salad with parsley.
