Dandelion salad with red fish

My family's favorite salad for 10 years. I literally won over my future husband with this salad. When he first came to visit, I prepared this particular salad. There were many other dishes on the table, but it was this salad that impressed him deeply and for a long time.)) Since then, I have been preparing this salad for every family holiday. Not a single feast is complete without it. We recently celebrated another anniversary and of course we couldn’t do without him. And the most interesting thing is that no one is tired of him yet.

And to make it even more similar, decorate the edge of the salad with parsley.
