Curd strawberry cake with jelly and cream

Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, pour in the kefir, and add the softened butter.
STEP 3
Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes in two separate layers.

While the cake is baking, start preparing the cream. Whip the cream at high speed, add powdered sugar. At the end we add curd cheese.
STEP 5
Separately, grind the strawberries with sugar. You can mash it with a fork.
STEP 6
We leave some of the strawberries for decoration.
STEP 7
We cut off the edges of each cake. Afterwards we place the first one on the bottom of the springform pan.
STEP 8
Spread strawberry puree on top. Place strawberry halves on top of the puree. Spread a layer of butter cream, half.
STEP 9
Cover the cream with the second cake layer. Place strawberries between the sides of the rim and the cake.
STEP 10
Now we snap the lock on the side. Make strawberry jelly according to the instructions and pour it over the sides of the cake. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
STEP 11
Remove the cake from the refrigerator, coat it with the remaining cream and decorate with strawberries.
