I wanted to bake something for tea and preferably not too complicated) I had a recipe for this cottage cheese cake with raisins and sour cream in the oven in my bookmarks. The dough is kneaded quickly and without problems. I didn’t mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, I just beat everything together with a mixer. My cottage cheese was wet, it spread well in the dough. As a result, the dough turned out thick and fluffy. I baked it in a regular round pan. The cake rose well. I baked for 40 minutes at 180°. During this time, my cake was already completely baked. Perhaps in metal form the process occurs faster. I noticed that the crumb turned out to be caramel in color, not white. But it didn’t affect the taste) The cupcake is delicious! The structure is very porous, it is soft and springy. We liked eating it, spreading fresh butter on the pieces)
