Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Dough.
STEP 2

Melt the butter.
STEP 3

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt.
STEP 4

Pour in melted butter. Add egg and milk.
STEP 5

Beat the dough with a mixer into a homogeneous fluffy mass.
STEP 6

Filling.
STEP 7

Combine the cream with vanilla sugar and bring to a boil.
STEP 8

Break the chocolate into pieces and pour boiling cream over it.
STEP 9

Stir until smooth.
STEP 10

Pour the batter into greased muffin tins. Place 2-3 tbsp in the center. l. chocolate ganache.
STEP 11

Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 25 minutes.
