For lunch I made a cucumber and garlic salad. This is actually a very simple and super quick recipe! I cut the cucumbers with a knife, added 2 large cloves of garlic chopped on a fine grater and chopped dill. Dressed the salad with fragrant sunflower oil. It seems so simple, but so delicious!!! For dinner I quickly made a cucumber and garlic salad. My cucumber is smooth with a thin skin. If the skin is rough, it is better to cut it off. One large fruit was enough for me for a salad for two people. Dill was washed and dried well. It is tender and juicy, and when cut, such a fragrant aroma appears! A clove of garlic was passed through a press and mixed with olive oil. I decided to add red onion to the salad, which I cut into quarter rings and marinated in a small amount of apple cider vinegar. Mixed all the ingredients and sprinkled with Himalayan salt. The salad literally smells like freshness and spring! It's delicious, crispy, spicy! It is better to serve it immediately before the cucumbers release their juice.
