I generally love cottage cheese baking, and in combination with lemon glaze it’s absolutely gorgeous! I kneaded the dough with an immersion blender, it whipped the butter and crushed the curd lumps. The dough turned out airy, tender, like cream. By the way, I didn’t have enough 50 g of cottage cheese and replaced it with homemade thick yogurt. The pie was baked in a round pan with a diameter of 21 cm. It was well baked, the middle was slightly higher than the edges. The pie is simply magnificent! It is so tender and juicy! At the same time, it is lush, porous, and does not crumble. Cutting it into portions is a pleasure. A very tasty pie, the combination of cottage cheese and lemon in it is just perfect.
