To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into it, then put three tablespoons of premium wheat flour from the total mass into it.

Add two tablespoons of sugar to the bowl with milk and wheat flour.
STEP 4
Place twenty grams of fresh yeast in a common bowl, which can be replaced with dry yeast if desired.

Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl, then place it in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.

Take a large bowl and place one hundred and fifty grams of cottage cheese into it, then pour two tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar and a little salt into it for taste.

Break and add one chicken egg into a common bowl, then seventy grams of softened butter and puree all the ingredients in the bowl with a blender until smooth.
