STEP 1

Measure out the ingredients. Remove the butter and condensed milk 2-3 hours before kneading. If that doesn’t work, slightly heat the butter in the oven (or on the stove, radiator, microwave, etc.), and let the condensed milk be cold. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Place the butter in a mixing bowl (or mixer bowl).

Add flour to butter. It is better, of course, to sift it.

Add condensed milk to flour and butter.
STEP 5

Knead the dough. It mixes with a spoon just as well as a mixer. You can add 1 egg and 1 tsp to the dough. baking powder. This way the cookies last longer and the texture is slightly different. Let's just say, two recipes in one. And in the version with egg you need a little more flour.
STEP 6

Grease a baking sheet with oil and dust with flour (called a French shirt).
STEP 7

Use your hands to form cookie balls. The dough is not sticky. Leave 2-3 cm between the cookies so that they do not stick together when they float a little in the oven.
STEP 8

Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Baking time depends on the size of the cookies.
