STEP 1

How to make cod liver salad with cucumbers and eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will use quail eggs for the salad. But you can also take chicken ones. Choose natural cod liver, without additives. Read the ingredients on the jar carefully. For the salad, open the jar and drain the liquid. Rinse salad greens in running water, then dry. Wash the cucumber.
STEP 2

Fill the quail eggs with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs and cut each in half.
STEP 3

Cut off the stems on both sides of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber itself into small pieces. I cut the cucumber lengthwise into 4 pieces and then into slices. Place the chopped cucumber in a spacious bowl, in which it will be convenient to mix everything.
STEP 4

Greens: onion, dill and parsley, finely chop and add to the bowl with the cucumbers. Stir.
STEP 5

Season everything with olive oil. Sprinkle with a little salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. You can add a little lemon juice for flavor.
STEP 6

Use a flat plate to serve the salad. You can make it in portions. Place the dressed part of the salad on a plate in the center.
STEP 7
