Choose natural cod liver, without additives. Read the ingredients on the jar carefully. For the salad, open the jar and drain the liquid. Rinse salad greens in running water, then dry. Wash the cucumber.

    Fill the quail eggs with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs and cut each in half.
