For the salad I used homemade pickled cucumbers; they are not spicy, but have a pleasant salty taste. Eggs from domestic chickens are tastier and the yolk is brighter. Boiled the eggs for 10 minutes, then poured ice water over them. I found the carrots bright and sweet; they go well with the other components of the salad. But the most important thing for my children is sausage). I always choose tasty, fresh, dense, without fat. My daughter and I cut all the products into cubes. This is a great activity to do with your child. We seasoned our winter salad with thick sour cream. If someone also chooses sour cream instead of mayonnaise, I advise you to season it just before serving so that the sauce remains thick. Our favorite salad turned out very tasty!
