Chopped cutlets in breadcrumbs in a frying pan
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to fry chopped cutlets in breadcrumbs in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the pork pulp in running water, dry it, cut into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 4 parts.
STEP 2
Minced meat can be made using a meat grinder or blender. I made the minced meat in a blender. Place the meat and onions in a blender bowl and grind. I added the ingredients in two steps and crushed at first speed for 15 seconds. The minced meat turned out fine, which ensured the juiciness of the cutlets.
STEP 3
Transfer the minced meat into a deep bowl, beat in the egg, add the bread crumb, previously soaked in milk. Add salt to taste and add seasonings - I have a mixture of peppercorns, which I ground in a pepper shaker. You can use any spices based on your taste.
STEP 4
Mix the minced meat with your hands until smooth. It should not be dry, it depends on the pork: if there is lard on the piece, the minced meat will turn out well juicy, and if the meat is clean, then you can pour a little water into the minced meat. The minced meat is ready.
STEP 5
Form oblong-shaped cutlets from the minced meat, press them down a little so that they turn out flatter and fry better and faster. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate flat plate and roll the cutlets in them on all sides. Use all the minced meat - I got 8 cutlets.
STEP 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, I poured 50 ml at once or you can add oil as needed. When the oil is hot enough, add the first batch of cutlets to the pan. Turn the heat to below medium and fry the cutlets on one side for about 5 minutes. Frying time may vary, depending on the size of the cutlets, frying pan and oven. Articles on these topics will help you with choosing a frying pan and oil for frying. Links to them are below the steps.
STEP 7
Turn the cutlets over to the other side, reduce the gas, cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes. During this time, the cutlets have time to cook. Remove the finished cutlets and fry the rest of the preparations in this way. I didn't add any more oil. Serve the finished chopped cutlets fried in breadcrumbs with any side dish and vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
