  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make chopped chicken breast pancakes? Prepare everything you need for this. Rinse chicken breast fillets in running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Instead of regular onions, you can take a few green feathers.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet into very small cubes. The smaller it is, the more tender the pancakes will be. To make the chicken easier to cut, you can freeze it slightly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and chop very finely. Add chopped onion to chicken.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Immediately grate the cheese into the bowl. Add egg, kefir and flour. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Rinse the parsley sprigs, chop finely and add to the bowl. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. The finished meat dough should be neither liquid nor thick. For more fluffiness, you can add a little soda.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

For frying, take a comfortable wide frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Spoon a little chicken dough and fry it over low heat for 3-4 minutes. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the separate articles at the end of the recipe.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The pancakes will turn a delicious golden color. They should be well cooked inside, so do not push them with high heat.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The finished chicken pancakes turn out very juicy. They can be supplemented with any side dish or fresh vegetables. They are very tasty both hot and cold. Bon appetit!

When cutting up the chicken, I couldn’t decide what to do with the breast. I looked for recipes on the site and found the right one. It turned out that chopped chicken breast pancakes cook very quickly. At least the “dough” is easy to knead. I replaced kefir with homemade thick yogurt, and green onions. After kneading, the “dough” turned out thick, so I didn’t add flour. Fry on one side over medium heat until golden brown, and on the other over low heat. Thus, the pancakes were completely fried and an appetizing crust appeared. The chicken breast pancakes turned out really juicy! Cheese gives tenderness and softness! It’s very tasty either just like that or with a vegetable salad, and my daughter made a sandwich with pancakes and cucumber). I recommend!

Chopped chicken breast pancakes are simply incomparable. I fell in love with this recipe, but my family said that they wouldn’t eat minced meat anymore. Thank you very much!
